Yishai Lerner,

CEO and Chairman of Board of Directors

Co-CEO of JLLT since 2019 and member of the Global Executive Board of JLL. Mr. Lerner joined JLL in 2017 as the Co-CEO of JLL Spark. Before JLL, he sold Mob.ly, a startup he co-founded with Mihir Shah to Groupon.

 Mr. Lerner helped scale Groupon’s engineering team worldwide. He was instrumental in helping Groupon scale development and built teams to grow Groupon's mobile business, merge technology and platforms of numerous acquisitions, and led a global migration to a shared service-oriented architecture (“SOA”). In 2013, Mr. Lerner was acting global engineering SVP and CTO orchestrating all core Groupon software development worldwide. In this role, he ran a global e-commerce platform. Additionally, Mr. Lerner led due diligence for many of Groupon's corporate and technology acquisitions.

Prior to the acquisition of Mob.ly by Groupon, Mr. Lerner was its CTO and Co-founder. Mob.ly built several category-leading, location-based mobile applications. Mr. Lerner has angel invested and advised many startups including Uber and Boom Supersonic. He was selected to serve on our board of directors due to his technical expertise and his experience as a leader in tech entrepreneurship, investing in and advising high-growth technology companies, and business growth.

Yen Lee,

President and Director

Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Corporate Development for JLLT since 2019. With executive experience at multiple public companies and as a three-time co-founder, Mr. Lee is adept at working cross-functionally to reach alignment and drive to desired results. 

Mr. Lee has experience bringing technologies to market and growing revenue profitably through product/business creation and strategic partnerships and M&A. He has led industry disruption in local, travel, search, and commerce/loyalty at CitySearch (acquired by IAC), Yahoo, Uptake (Groupon), and Ebates (Rakuten). Mr. Lee has direct profit and loss (“P&L”) ownership experience as a General Manager and CEO including when he led profitable growth at Rakuten, Yahoo, and Uptake. 

The range of companies and roles he has worked at has given Mr. Lee the opportunity to apply and refine his approaches in data and machine learning, customer engagement and loyalty, change management, strategy and corporate development, post-merger integration, new business creation, and building and scaling teams. Mr. Lee has invested in and advised multiple start-ups, including start-ups acquired by Airbnb and Intel. He was selected to serve on our board of directors due to his corporate development expertise and his experience as a leader in tech entrepreneurship, business operations, and driving business growth.

Trish Maxson,

CFO

Advisor to JLL since 2020. Dr. Maxson held the role of Global Chief Administrative Officer before retiring in July 2020 overseeing JLL’s human resources, legal, audit and procurement teams as well as its corporate real estate and ambitious sustainability commitments to Building a Better Tomorrow. She served as JLL’s Global Chief Financial Officer for a period in 2018 and 2019, overseeing the company’s largest acquisition. From 2012 to 2018, Dr. Maxson held the role of Global Chief Human Resources Officer of JLL. Dr. Maxson joined JLL in 2012, bringing with her a wide variety of leadership experiences. 

From 2008 to 2012, she worked for Merck & Co., and Rohm and Haas Co. for 19 years before that, in a diverse set of roles that have stretched from laboratories to the board room. Dr. Maxson started her professional life as a chemist, working with research and business teams. 

She moved into human resources in 1998 and developed a deep understanding of the value that talented people who are given clear opportunities to achieve their career ambitions can have on corporate success. In recent years, she has focused on JLL’s strategy to leverage an aligned approach to structure, processes and technology to create efficiencies throughout the business.

Mihir Shah,

Special Advisor

Co-CEO of JLL Technologies since 2019 and member of the Global Executive Board of JLL. Mr. Shah joined JLL in 2017 as the Co-CEO of JLL Spark. Before JLL, he sold Mob.ly, a startup he co-founded with Yishai Lerner to Groupon. 

Mr. Shah was the GM of Mobile of Groupon where he helped build the global mobile business. In addition, Mr. Shah created and ran the Merchant Products Group which was responsible for the development of products, services, and technologies that changed the way thousands of Groupon’s merchant partners operated in the marketplace. He launched Merchant OS, a new startup within Groupon that built tablet-based point of sale and payments systems for small businesses. Within a year, Mr. Shah grew this group spanning sales, marketing, support, and product development, while rapidly expanding the customer base. 

Prior to the acquisition of Mob.ly by Groupon, Mr. Shah was its CEO and Co-founder. Mob.ly built several category-leading location-based mobile applications. Mr. Shah has angel invested and advised many startups including Uber and Boom Supersonic.

Mr. Cadogan is the current CEO of GoFundMe and Chairman of the Board of OpenX Technologies Inc. He is the former CEO of OpenX and Senior VP of Global Advertising Marketplaces for Yahoo. Mr. Cadogan has extensive leadership and board experience with leading tech companies.

Mohanjit Jolly
